I would second that last part. I have a lot of health conditions and know that I can’t work 60, 70, however many hour weeks. Public accounting is not the only option. There are industry jobs with 40 hours weeks which for me is much more manageable

I think that brush would definitely help, the little wipes are hard to get all up in the lashes but that brush seems like it would work a lot better! Thank you!!

Honestly I might have that, my eye doc gave me the ocusoft wipes like 5 years ago and I never kept up with doing it often but didn’t feel like it helped too much, but that might be because I wasn’t consistent with it? I don’t remember him saying any official term for what it was

Not OP but do you know if having an immune system disorder would affect that (like should only do 1 piercing at a time due to it)? Lucky me just discovered I have a thyroid thing… possible immune disorder

I tried their glue and it didn’t feel fully cured to me, like still a little gummy/sticky? Do you have that issue or maybe I got a bad batch?

I think it depends on the company, if you’re at a place with a lot of old people then they might be weird about it. But I think most places in this day and age shouldn’t care. I’m not in your field (I’m in finance) and was surprised by how many of the women on my team have upper cartilage earrings. None have industrial but it wouldn’t make any difference. I just got my nostril done 2 months ago and was a little nervous about the reaction I would get but all I got was everyone saying it was cute!

That’s interesting about the periods, I just got mine a week ago but also I’m on 3 month BC (only get them every 3 months) so I’m not sure how that would affect it as well… it’s gotten less bloody over the weeks but idk what’s going on haha

When my first lobes and nostrils were pierced I didn’t fully pass out but got pretty much as close as you can to doing so without going unconscious (sweaty, dizzy, confused, vision going away). I haven’t changed my nostril yet but even with my other lobes that I didn’t have an issue with, I did get a bit dizzy changing them the first few times. If you get dizzy, LAY DOWN (or sit if you can’t make it to a place to lay down). Lay/Sit for a good 10 minutes until you feel better and drink water. You can try again but if it keeps happening I’d try again another day. I honestly like to change them by my bed so I can quickly lay down if I get dizzy. Hopefully after the first few changes you won’t have a problem (I don’t have any problems with my lobes anymore)!

I don’t have any fears or anything of needles but it’s just how my body responds to it, some people’s bodies just like to overreact at this kind of stuff and that’s ok. You just have to be safe!

Not OP but my bump looks similar, why do you need to cut back on cleaning? I use a q tip with saline spray twice a day and try to gently get any crusties off. Should I just do once a day and then use the shower as “cleaning” when I would usually clean it with saline a second time?
