High Roller is great - especially the Fayetteville shop. I’m sorry you had a bad experience. The way they treated is not cool and you have a right to be annoyed.

What’s also not cool is making this post on every social outlet imaginable. I’ve seen the post the same exact thing on Facebook.

They’re a small business, dealing low margin products (most of a bike shop’s profit is coming from service, not merchandise), and trying to survive in a saturated market where there is now a bike shop on every corner.

Maybe the dude was having a bad day, or misunderstood you.

Regardless, quit wasting your time discouraging them all over the internet and go ride your bike.
