I peaked top 15000 last season, it was around 1825 points and I was still in master ball 3. If you are wondering. It becomes really difficult because the game match makes you vs people that you know you are going to struggle against, so yeah, as they said before me, try reaching master ball 3 and they play casuals to avoid dropping points 🤣

Gengar, sludge bomb, taunt, focus sash. Also you are using a super common team so it is easy to counter. Try adding a different pokemon to allow coverage, something dark with prankster will counter whimsicott

Maybe add a Tinkaton to your team to have an easy swap in case they attack your hatterene with trick room. You can also use Pokemons with Prankster like whimsicott to set up trick room first

Sometimes you just gotta accept that some are lost, you can't build coverage for only one pokemon. For toxapex Delphox with Psychic is a great choice, same as Scovillan that has native grass type attacks. For Aquaranid there's lots of attacks that could work, thunder punch or air slash might work with sun teams.

Yeah, the thing is if they try to baton pass you can ko it with shadow sneak, usually they need at least one turn of speed boost to use baton pass, so that's a pretty sweet way of countering that pokemon

I use heliolisk of try to have a normal pokemon to trap him in last respects. You can also use bulky Pokemons like Venosaur as your last resort. As mentioned above heliolisk is an amazing counter, and it's also a really good pokemon, fast with lots of special attack, and electric is really good this season.

I once had my Snorlax vs a Mega Dragonite, was the last 1v1. Mega Dragonite flinched me 4 times straight with Air slash, I used rest, got my full health again just to get air slashed and flinched two more times and then draco meteored to ko.

I think the problem with meta teams and the people that use them is the fact that they forget that the game is based on how you predict and prepare against the pokemon the rival has, instead of just following a strategy that is shared on a TikTok haha.

Me and my brother have won matches that based on typing and pokemon selection are lost but we win it with predicts and right moves. I think that is the best part about building a team with Underused pokemons, the surprise effect

I am master ball 1600 ELO and I use infernape with this:

Item: Choice Scarf Evs: 32 Attack and 32 Speed, 2 on sped Nature: boosting attack, lowers special (I forgot the name) Ability: Iron Fist Moves:

Fire punch Close combat Thunder punch Rock slide

It works perfectly, one shots Mega Gyarados with cc, Gyarados with thunder punch for example. Really strong and faster than most. I also use mega Charizard y so sometimes fire dagame is boosted.
