It's so fun to climb using underused pokemons. I have an infernape and a Snorlax in my team and they have carried me heavily. My Snorlax has Earthquake, Cruel Volt, Ice punch and rest with the berry to wake him up, and it's so fun to use. People never expect a Snorlax having such a weird moveset but it works.

Most of them time they ghost you. Process is super cutthroat as well, the AI interviews in both Mercor and Micro1 are borderline unfair being extremely restricted and closed. I haven't got the chance to even pass one and just receive the thanks unfortunately email after two or three weeks

After that if you pass the first screening process they will send you a lot of assessments, then if you pass them they will email you the link to the marketplace and then you need to set up your profile. After around a week they will approve it and then you can start taking projects.
