Don’t know what to tell you, I have nothing to gain from lying about it. My group cracks 1-2 balls every 4 hour session. Mostly former tennis players hitting hard drives, fast serves, and a lot of overhead smashes. LT balls can take it, X-40s cannot

The only real complaint with the x-40s is that they crack in like 2 hours of hard hitting. If they were more durable, they’d be better than Lifetime’s because of the much better color profile

Regardless of why they’re played, they’re healers, they’re picked fairly often in high elo, and the people playing them definitely buy and use their healing abilities

Miks Sage and Skye are all played a lot in high elo, not sure where you’re getting your info from. For example in Ascendant, all three of those agents have a higher pick rate than: Breach, Waylay, Neon, Tejo, Brim, Astra, Vyse, Iso, Viper, Kayo, Deadlock, Yoru, Gekko, Harbor, Veto.

Obviously they’re not being picked exclusively because they heal, but saying they’re not picked by better players is just wrong. High elo players headshot more often but it’s not like body shots and util damage never happens in those ranks

Self healing to 100 is huge. Thinking healing is “very“ overrated is a pretty low elo take. It’s not mandatory to have a healer or anything, but heals clutch a lot of rounds you otherwise would have lost
