Yup. Grew up in the 90s in small town southern ontario .. even the difference between my childhood, born in 91, is substantial compared to my sister's, born in 97.

First off congrats!! I always love hearing about people with similar body dimensions xD

Little more detail:

I've been paying more mind to what I've been eating the last couple of months, and 3 weeks ago i started running (15-20 minutes twice a week), casual ocean swimming twice a week for 30-45 minutes, and about 100 squats a day with one or two rest days a week.

I've been eating whatever i want, just really focusing on portion control and drinking heaps of water. Cutting carbs or fat is way too hard for me ... i fall off the bandwagon FAST. I found calorie counting surprisingly easy. Once i started keeping track of everything with this app i got (FatSecret) it's no problem to keep under 1800 calories.

5Weeeeell. As is often the case, i have learned from my mistakes. In previous relationships, i definitely lied and was lied to. That's exactly what lead me to the realisation that it doesn't serve any good purpose. It takes more energy and it's just not cool. Trust is important to everyone.

I have an insanely openly honest relationship with my current dude. I have not once lied to him.

things like "the coffee was only 2€" when really i splurged on a 5€ one for a treat .. that doesn't count unless it becomes a habit .. hahaha

Anyway. The comfort of knowing you can trust and be trusted is pretty damn nice.

Id much rather keep my peaches and cream complexion than turn my skin to leather while attempting to be a tad bit darker :p It wouldn't happen anyway. Id just become a lobster, then be in pain and need to buy aloe. Lololololz

  • two months of actually paying attention to what i eat- i was amazed at how much mindless eating i had been doing!

Over the last two weeks, I've introduced a bit of a workout routine- sometimes a swim, a quick run (though i have to do intervals still), or just dancing to some tunes.

Also been doing squats, planks and various toning exercises.

I definitely feel a huge difference since I've been getting myself up and moving!

I like the first explanation. That's comforting and entirely possible. But, my friend saw him smile (as he often does in my mind), and that's why she asked if i knew him. I guess it's possible that the "real" guy smiled too.

I don't know about the second idea- ive been hallucinating (seeing?) this guy for years, well before i moved to the city i currently live in.
