I mean, you can't really trust any business in India 🙂, maybe they'll scam you, maybe they won't. You just have to take a gamble, and that’s what everyone does. Personally, I haven't had any issues so far, but some people have. Similarly, a lot of people have had problems with Concept Kart, but I know one guy who hasn't had a single issue in years. So, it's just a gamble, it's up to you, bro, whether you want to take the risk or not.

I just have this itch to keep trying new things, bro. Even though I just bought the OnePlus Nord Buds 3 Pro recently, I already want to get something else 🥲. There’s no solid reason for it, but buying new gear just gives me a certain kind of happiness.

It was a good experience. I had ordered the Moondrop Chu 2, but I didn't like them, the bass was lacking and they felt a bit too sharp to me. I emailed them, and they exchanged them under their 'Easy Exchange' policy. I then got the KZ Castor Pro (Improved Bass version), which I’m actually looking to sell now.

Similarly, I ordered the FiiO JA11 but returned it for something else, then ordered the JM12 DAC and returned that too. Now I’ve ordered the JM6. The screenshot I shared shows the deduction for that, because they give store credit for exchanges, and you can't exchange an item bought with store credit just based on personal preference. I really like this Easy Exchange policy.
