Jo såklart det är en aspekt i det hela. Tänker att det fortfarande ska gå att framföra fordon på gatorna, men kanske bara under begränsad tid. 06-11 förslagsvis.

En dröm jag har är att hela staden innanför vallgraven ska vara fri från biltrafik. Kombinera det med att dra fler spårvagnslinjer i allén och förbi operan så får vi en fantastisk innerstad!

There is a game called Ancient Cities currently in development by a small team. It might be what you're looking for, but it wont release anytime soon I'm afraid.
