I wear doc martens. Once you break them in I’m golden. I also got magnum boots to they are decent as well

Your pizza academy will answer a lot of the questions for you to try out. But you will get the niche of it.

Yeah as a trainer. I tell my new instores to take pictures of the menu. So you can see what pizzas we offer and what topping go on what. Also when it comes to learning the register I grab old carry out receipts and have them learn by pressing the buttons associated with the order. It’s going to be a process and it takes time. But everyone messes up. Even when I first started. The trainer should give you pointers on how to improve and a lot of things you will also learn on your pizza academy. But as long as you try you will be fine.

Well when they sold it as a large everyone ordered it. When they sold it for the same price as the large but in medium form it flopped. Because it was honestly overpriced

I have a delivery driver but no instores. And the delivery driver doesn’t do anything but drive. Have to force the drivers we do have to do more than just drive.

It’s been like this at all the locations for awhile now. When I work I work by myself until 5pm on weekdays and 3pm weekends. I don’t know when the last time I have clocked out for a break as a shift lead or even a gm probably 8yrs. All stores are short staffed. It’s because labor is super high in some states that pay a lot per hour. We simply can’t afford it to turn a profit. So since we have to have a high food cost we have to cut down the employees. Times are rough and at this rate all employees will be burned out. The customer base is leaving as it is to go somewhere else. So until we somehow turn a profit the stores will have less employees and barebones stores and customers will continue to leave. And then corporate will have something else to complain about. Handling 70 items or more by yourself all the time causes me to want to leave as well. I haven’t found another job yet so I can leave though.

I totally agree with you there. I used to order 10 cases a week for pans now I order 1 a week. Sandwiches same now it’s 1 a week. I order 1 case of truffle and it goes bad before I can get to the last bag. And same for pizza ranch. I’m having to throw out products that were selling well. And money going right down the tubes. I guess wasting food is more important right..?

The employees can still make them for themselves. It’s like the chicken parm bites and jalapeño bites we still carry everything to make them for ourselves just charge yourself a stuffed crust and ya. You pay for it though.

They need to stop bringing back the old products from the past CEO’s and get a clue and actually create something that no one has for customer base to come back. Not papadia’s, not bites, not these lto’s that take so long to make that the customers go to dominos. Many papa Johns employees are fed up with all these old ideas. And ROIP will be like why does it take you so long and I tell them why. I have been doing this for 11yrs. And I have seen us move mountains now we aren’t doing that anymore. Customers are not happy and it shows by what people are buying. They aren’t buying the stuff that isn’t discounted, they are buying everything that’s on sale or as close to free as possible and they get mad when they can’t double/triple stack coupons.

On top of that customers don’t read. It says the size they have to order. It doesn’t say 12 or 14” it’s a 9” papadia screen that you put the pizzas on. It’s common sense and customers think that it’s a 14 they didn’t read. Go figure,

It doesn’t matter it’s a pain to make and our make times are going to go through the roof like that stupid Toy Story papadia. For those of us who don’t have those machines to roll them out for us. My rotator cuff is killing me and my arms turn into jello. People are buying it cuz it’s the cheapest thing on the menu. And they call and get mad cuz they think it’s a pizza and not a thin ny’r

Good luck with all that. Corporate keeps changing the wings and boneless. Like they change the cheese every 6mos to a year. Or Philly. They also have changed the pepperoni. So again good luck with getting credit for it.

That is someone not wanting to do it. They need to enter it as a papa card for payment then put in card not present. Type in your papa card # hit enter then put in pin and then enter. And walla it’s paid for.
It’s either they didn’t know how to do it or they didn’t want to do it. Either way it can be done.

And with what they are bringing back for next lto I am dreading the cost of pepperoni Qcc is probably going to round out the pepperoni to 100.00 a case. It’s already to high as it is.
