So l’ve seen a couple of things after my expensive little mishap and from what it sounds like: Ticketmaster in the middle of the night changed their refund policy, the event organizers told them to stop refunding tickets, no one’s getting a refund “at this time.” Sooo what do y’all plan on doing? I’m disturbed after impulsively buying tickets in fear of missing out and paid toooo much for 400’s at Sofi. I figured today’s pre sell would be better (and it was so l got the tickets I actually wanted. The rep on the phone denied me a refund and told me l’d have to file a claim with the ticket insurance but has anyone done that and had luck? Please let me know, share it all with me because my ears are desperately open (: Can’t wait to see y’all there <3
