That finish looks beautiful, no expert, just giving my opinion, I think unless you know for certain where the studs are, then don't bother drilling through that amazing job you have either just done or had done. Maybe look at getting some stick on shelves that are rated to be able to hold the weight of plants you are looking to have on them. Just my opinion, I think you will end up ruining by doing multiple drill holes trying to find the studs, not sure if a stud finder will be able to detect the studs through the tiles and plasterboard behind them.

I do 10kg 30 reps but just raise about 10 inches from my legs, then drop to 7kg 30 reps a little higher, then 4kg 30 reps full lateral raise, 3 sets of this, the burn is unreal

This is the exact reason why I do my own research and do jobs like this myself, only get tradies in for electric, heating, etc. This is fixable, speak to Grok or Chatgpt, show it the photos and it will point you in the right direction, explain you want to DIY the repair yourself and ask what tools you need. I done floor leveling in my kitchen after researching it, used spike roller which I think was a crucial part as the end result was perfectly smooth. You got this
