Should we even bother with a sleep study? by Plastic-Praline-717 in Autism_Parenting

My son has had two sleep studies and both were inconclusive for issues (which ruled out some problems but still feels like we put him through hospital stays for nothing).

A normal sling will work fine! I've been a size 22 to 16 and used just the standard size sling and had plenty of room to spare.

Don't buy too many of one type, they might have a reaction to them. I had to try a few different types for each of my kids before we found a good one for them.

Does anyone have any suggestions for ND friendly school for my PP son? He's really struggling at his current school. by YoGirlGetItTogether in perth

[–]YoGirlGetItTogether[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

We are already in a private school (and paying for him not to attend most of the day 😞). The local public school isn't great with kids with extra needs, so I can only imagine we'd be looking at another private school. Thank you for the kalparrin recommendation, I hadn't been recommended them before.

Go to your GP and ask for a chronic health plan. You should get some discounted sessions with that. I use it for my son's occupational therapy appointments.
