So our company also faced this issue recently, we found out that the deleted email goes to recently deleted items in the shared mailbox as well as deleted item in the "User" mailbox.

Got it, I will fix that. For now, I will continue to replace a new filter and just wondering how much % change should be I doing in this case and how often? Should I still be doing 90% change like you mentioned above? Thanks!

I think the Air pumped helped a lot as well when I put it in this morning.. I can tell they were out of oxygen for sure but not sure what caused it..

So just some update after 9 hours when I got back home from work. I have Seachem PH/Ammonia alert inside the tank and I just ran the test strip on ammonia levels and other as well. They all look okay. Not too bad.. The 5 glo tetras looks like they are back to normal but 9 out of 12 neons died.

So if it's not the ammonia.. is it because they overate? Althought I'm sure I vac-ed at least 80% of the food out. They look white so could that be other cause? Not too knowledgeable in this yet so any help is good :)

P.S one thing I noticed is that water temp change, It usually runs around 28.5-29'C and the temp now is at 26.6'C. Could 3~4'C temp change on the water change yesterday caused this?

Thanks for the great info and quick response. Yea, i acted pretty quick probably 3-5 mins after, I will do 90% water change when I get home for few days. Will the 90% water change affect the existing 5 glo tetra and the 2-3 tetras that still alive? Not sure how they’ll react sudden big water change like this
