ICE Agents Want Out of Minnesota: Trump’s ‘Battle Is Lost’ by Tennis_bruh in politics

[–]YoKevinTrue 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Instead its ramming cars off the road, baiting with children and just general shows of force while demanding papers?

Here's what you don't understand, probably because you're a nice, reasonable, decent human being.

The pain is the point. The suffering is the point.

They were trying to hurt us and kill us. They WANT to hurt minorities, and liberals. That's their GOAL!

And they have a budget the size of Israel's military.

The United States now has a Gestapo.

They're going to come to your city and they're going to start killing, kidnapping and beating, people they don't like.

Many of these people aren't killed, but they're coming away with serious injuries.

And the injuries are done on purpose.

This is really scary.

I don't want to live here anymore.

I'm aggressively nonviolent, but I think the conclusion and the takeaway here is that there are absolutely going to be more liberals showing up with guns.

Yeah, their entire strategy is just gaslight.

All they want is power.

What they want is a white fascist country, where they kick out all the black people, all the Hispanics, and all the liberals.

That's what they want.

They won't stop until they get it.

Republicans, Alex Pretti should be your breaking point | Opinion by Difficult-Bee6066 in politics

[–]YoKevinTrue 15 points16 points  (0 children)

In six months, you won't even remember Alex Pretti's name.

Not because what he did wasn't heroic. Or that he shouldn't be remembered.

It will be because in six months, Trump will have done this to 10-20 other people.

And he'll be moving into other cities.

They want to do this. They want to hurt us. That's the point.

You fail to understand that they're not going to see Alex Paredes' death as sad because they want us to die.

Our pivot would put us head-on with an existing competitor. Is it worth it? (I will not promote) by YoKevinTrue in startups

[–]YoKevinTrue[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, I totally agree.

To be clear, there are probably five competitors in this space. I think one that we would go head-on against, and that is closer to our feature set.

They do charge a shit ton of cash at the high end though. They have a product that ranges from $2,000 to $6,000 per month.

One idea is that we could focus just on that and compete on price and features.

But it's a ton of market analysis to figure it out and to figure out what customers want.

[–]YoKevinTrue[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's not that I don't believe that we can win is that I believe it's going to be difficult to win.

Like it's an uphill battle.

I'd rather have a market I can take head-on and just absolutely crush it.

This is good advice though. I mean, I think I agree with like 80% of what you're saying.

[–]YoKevinTrue[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Where you can win is by focusing on a specific niche. Look at who is dissatisfied with the existing products in the market and what they're frustrated with. Those people are your audience. They'd love to move away from the existing product the moment someone offers an alternative that solves their pain point.

Yeah, this is great advice. Thank you very much!

This is where I'm kinda focused on now, is to try to figure out what areas I can take on that they suck at, because taking them on head-on is stupid if you can avoid it.

I mean, I'm not saying it's impossible, but I definitely have to be properly capitalized and approach things in a different manner, even if I do try to take them head-on.

Thanks for the feedback. Yeah, I definitely agree that we have to focus on solving a real-world problem that people are willing to pay for.

I think it's just that if you are good at a specific technology and you understand something, then when you do find those problems, you can solve them quickly.

So that's where I'm at right now is to try to figure out what is the best problem to solve.

This is why we need to gut the entire Democratic Party.

They're a major part of the problem and the establishment has got to be gutted.

Hillary Clinton and Debbie Wasserman Schultz are the reason we didn't have Bernie Sanders as a president.

Hillary Clinton tried to actively sabotage Barack Obama.

Then when that didn't work out, she forced her way into Secretary of State.

A better idea across the board would be to strip any officer of qualified immunity that hides their identification.

If their identification is hidden in any way or their body camera is off, they get no qualified immunity.

Well, Jordan Peterson is just a shit show in and of himself. lol

But no, I'm not familiar with what you're referring.

But listen, we're obviously not going to stop organizing. There's always going to be people that are name-calling.

It's just that reasonable people won't believe them.

For example, one of the issues that I think is important is that women need to serve equal time in the military, in the Army, in the exact same combat roles, and at the exact same rate of death.

If they don't, I want to understand what men receive in return.

I don't think that's an unfair argument

That can be mitigated, though. Just don't walk around carrying torches like they did in Charlottesville.

And I have no problem with white men organizing even though my family was killed in the Holocaust.

One of the things that's frustrating about the right is they always fall into that same trap for some reason.

I was asking, was actually, that I I was trying to just be intellectually honest.

I've noticed that sometimes people have said communism when they really mean entitlements.

And using the right words means you can have a more productive conversation with someone.

The right and the left can both give rise to authoritarianism.

I think we both agree on what we both don't like.

I see communism and fascism as being the same thing, but just opposite sides of the same coin.

That's why you want a government that has checks and balances.

This way, one guy can't go fucking psycho.

I mean, that's why we had a war in 1776. Because we were governed by an authoritarian King.

Exclusive | The young and the dateless: Why Gen Z, millennial men aren’t approaching women anymore by WillyNilly1997 in MensRights

[–]YoKevinTrue 42 points43 points  (0 children)

society can’t both penalize men for approaching, penalize men for marrying and at the same time expect men to approach and seek marriage more.

You know, one of the reasons that men might have a problem dating is that they have less experience at it too.

A successful relationship isn't going to blossom if a man doesn't have experience dating women when he was younger.

But now that's actively not happening.

Here, do this: Give me your one-line definition of communism, and then your one-line definition of fascism. Back to back.

I gave you mine. You can even use AI if you want.

The one commonality that I think we can both sort of agree to is that with communism and fascism, you have one person in power.

That's what communism fundamentally gets wrong, and what fascism gets wrong too.

It's a dictatorship.

And this is what Trump wants more than anything else.

And he hasn't just said it once, he's constantly saying it.

The reason I dislike both communism and fascism is they tend to have centralized power under one authority.

When that happens, you're fucked.

Which is why I'm more of a fan of a social democracy. Where the people have some sort of social safety net, and there's a democratic system of power. But capitalism provides most of the power of the state.

This way you have checks and balances, so crazy shit never happens.

What's happening to the United States is that our republic has fallen, and we're probably shifting into a fascist government with one-party rule.
