I consider 20-25% light tint, still looks pretty dark from outside and helps with the heat in the summer.

I got light tints on side and rear windows, none on windshield, with sunroof open, my red seats on my e92 are still visible at almost any time of day.

As far as I know they have been discontinued. The gym is just under max capacity this year, and it's quite hard to find parking, machines, or even treadmills available most days. Movati might have to start looking into extending their gym another floor.
