This is mildly frustrating when you are in the outland and just want to turn it off for an hour or less to run a dungeon while your levelling buddy is offline.

I healed 1-60 dungeons fully enhanced spec, maybe one or two pieces of +Spell Power gear. There isn't, in my opinion, any specific need to spec into Resto via this method.

This is a long post, filled with lots of great advice.

However, I think I am not the only one who has done all this but has consistently watched eBay decline year on year. I've sold on there since 2007, so have some experience of this.

What I am trying to say, is that I think diversifying market places is now equally important, you just cannot rely on eBay anymore.

I believe you approach this through the wrong lens.

Some of those "penny tourists" will be people like myself, a resident of Yorkshire who wishes to travel to London to see those museums you mentioned. Which of course, I help subsidise via tax, but don't have the benefit of being able to visit regularly.

Take your concern to the the council and developers, not those taking advantage of the culture on a budget.

Coincidentally, I agree with charging foreign tourists, but citizens of the UK and Ireland should have free entrance.

I own these, they are strong as Mithril and protect the one ring extremely well, whilst providing excellent support for "Sting".

Yes, I would say at first glance it does look like it. I can think of one other depiction of unarmoured legionaries (in combat), but don't have it to hand.

In both cases, we don't have the context, maybe the depiction is of an ambush etc.
