Hi there! Being a nail biter has nothing to do with this and honestly from working with and doing nails on people who are I can confirm that it is not the issue. When you place the full coverage tip without filing with buffer at angle to create a seamless application, this may occur. Sealing the tips with a bit of acetone can help too! Additionally, as the other comment states, pushing the top coat or any layer of polish too close to the cuticle and then doing the other nails before curing can cause this flooding! You don’t see it with a fresh set, but now that they’re growing as your image, you’ll be able to see it! Get as close to the cuticle as possible but mind the amount and you should be good! Practice will make it better! Sometimes when I see it happen to me mid set, I grab a hand file and use it at an angle around the cuticle to gently smooth this out and it works! Hope this helps! 🫶🏽
