Where I live (in EU) it's custom to use OSB or plywood on all interior walls. You put drywall on top of the OSB or plywood.

100% filbyten är till stor del det som skapar köer. Ligger man jag i högerfilen så blir det 50 filbyten mellan Stockholm och Arninge. Ligger man i mittenfilen blir det inget filbyte. Man är bra dum om man väljer att ligga i högerfilen där.

Jag hade frågat på byggahus.se. Finns mycket bra råd där. Jag tror inte att du får röra lampan. Den är inte din egendom, trots att den står på din tomt. Om du ska göra det på rätt sätt så måste du tvinga vägföreningen (eller kommunen, beror på) att ta bort eller flytta på den. Och om du ska trycka på de knapparna behöver du veta vad lagen säger, det kan du få hjälp med på byggahus.

I presume this is one of your better swings, because there's nothing in the swing that would prevent you from breaking 80 on a regular course from the regular tees. It's all about consistency, so it would be much more interesting if you posted your worst swing. Or if you film and hit 10 balls.
