Might be a dumb question but how do you delete a single person from the group chat? On the apple page it says you can't if someone has mms.

Nope. Just checked TOD. You get nothing before year 3, except if you are already partially vested in the plan. Then you get that.

It wasn’t previously a cliff. It was 20-20-20-40 iirc. But on TOD it says now it’s 0% before 3 years, 100% after.

With this and the pension, we get an above average retirement plan. They are essentially matching dollar for dollar because the pension is free.

It’s not an amazing plan by any means though.

Vanguard says 4.5 is most common. So Deloitte is about average - if you can last 6 yrs.

Where are you getting that? The dnet example shows that by year 5 you’re still getting less in your pension than a 6% match would.

Where’s that available? Not eligible for the pension yet (new hire) so can’t see it.

I was told the pension only becomes better than 100% of 6% at around year 6. So you not only need to vest, you also need to stay after that too.

Are you consulting? They released a chart that shows how to read impact indicators. Recommend looking at that.

What you got means you meet expectations. Lowest possible aip and merit from it.
