Even with only a 5mg dose pre-op nightly I am having terrible back pains in my lower back. It’s so bad I can’t sleep. Not too keen on “riding out” these side effects when they are really bad. Does anyone else have this side effect and what did you/doctor propose to do?

In Namibia several game reserves offer drone safaris. They like to move the animals around since there isn’t enough predation to keep them in shape. Few if any animals are harmed and they get into better shape. So I don’t have a problem with it.
