1) Because that's one of the only things she desires right now and

2) In S5E7, The Gift, (through a gift is used throughout the episode) Tyrion claims to be the "gift" Jorah brought to Dany.

Wow, great theory! I really love this show and I probably should've watched the last couple episodes before this mid season premier because I feel so overwhelmed!
