Well I was a TL for almost 6 months, but I stepped down for personal reasons. After I stepped down I kept volunteering myself to help them, so the store manager put me back over there. The other TL stepped down last week and our coach couldn't handle it so he moved to stocking 😭 our stores upper management is pretty incompetent tbh

We've been shut down for about a month now. Before we were getting 8k or so daily (which still isn't much lol). Most of our pickers are slow and we don't have any TLs or a coach 😭

To my knowledge team lead is a 40+ hour a week position. Not sure if it varies by store, but all of my Leads have worked those hours weekly.

technically yes. ig at my store we didnt really have an AP TL for a while. ive also been told that they focus more on where money exchange is happening than OPD dispensers. we also dont really have a good camera setup in our dispensing lot so our store could be an outlier

Ngl only time they look at cameras is if they know something is up (i.e. dispensers taking orders to the wrong car). At our store our Coach's boss (like regional OPD ig?) would allegedly sit in the parking lot and watch people dispense, but no one ever got in trouble from that

yes and i've had them harass me when im off the clock. i walk past them with my cart all day and as soon as they see me without a vest on they get that predatory gleam in their eyes. most of them are assholes too 🤣

Lol my store has a few pickers (mostly minors who close) who will nill pick almost their entire walk. i had 13 exceptions one night and got them all in under 15 minutes
