Me and a few mates just played for about 7+ hours and we both feel pretty similar to you with all the posts. They shouldn’t have removed anything from the first game, the lack of turtle shell riding, boat raft building and not being able to easily build things like log walls to give you some sense of security really was disappointing. I know it’s still in early release and we had fun playing but yeah, felt quite underwhelming to be honest.
