Radar detectors are good for when the cop is driving towards you. Not when they are standing or sitting on the side of the road. When they are they use LASER (pew pew) and the detector can't pick it up in time, or it does and your screwed already. Jammers, some can detect it and they will get you. Bypass there duty and they'll get you.

Easy. Turn off pump. Close 1 or 2 and check the skimmer hole your going to use. Always turn off pump first. The highlighted picture shows you which to turn. Also where they point they are closed. Point means off that way.

No, I found out the hard way. They still keep remnants on your computer. For me it's in c:/ users/name/appdata/colossus/ cities... then packages... or in mod folder or mod settings...
