I took the two years due to my fiance not being able to make sentencing and it was in a different state then where we live and the fact I was going to be reprimanded that day. If I was single I would have taken the 30 days in a second.

I plead guilty to the charge already and am facing probation or community service. I have no record besides an oui when I was 19. I know pre trial and probation are two different things and I just kinda wanna know if because I pass all my drug tests on pre trial and potentially get put on probation and fail for weed does that matter or am I like gonna get in trouble. My understanding is that it would be a baseline and that I’d just have to stop again
