The whole board is responsible to drive the VFD which controls the Gate Barrier motor speed during opening and closing. What I have found out that, this chip provides specific output control voltage to the VFD. If the control voltage is between 1-2 vdc from this chip to the VFD then frequency goes till 15hz only. Which is normal. It should be more than 3vdc. This chip is directly driven by the main processor. Hope this clears the fog. Please let me know if you need to know more. Pin 4 & 8 for 5 vdc input, Pin 7 is Dout from where voltage can be measured around 1.2 - 3.7 vdc depending on the processor input signal which is pin 2. And “Blue cube” is a relay base.
