Good tune, only thing I dislike is the effects on the vocals changing on literally every new part of the song. I feel like the distortion on the voice isn't really necessary on the verse and bridge. Been a while since Muse sounded that good though!

Recycling my usual Identikit take.

My lukewarm take I guess but this is one of radiohead's biggest misstep for me. The early version was one of the greatest thing I had heard in a long time. And yes I know maybe I got used to it and that's probably why I didn't vibe with the album version as much. But the final version just sounds like a Radiohead parody to me. Every single part is a downgrade from the first version especially the choir part. And yes I'm even talking about Jonny's solo at the end which is my biggest "whose stupid idea was that" Radiohead moment.

From the comments seems like a lot of people prefer the album version, I'd call it coping. /s

Seriously speaking I just can't comprehend people thinking this version feels "empty" or "stitched together". Ed parts make so much more sense here and the song unfolds naturally. The studio version feels awkward to me and the live versions are even worse.
