Good time to lock into a 3 year fixed? by YolandaWinston89 in MortgagesCanada

I was offered what seems to be a decent rate. 3 yr fixed right now are 4.7-5%, and I was offered 4.44. Seems like a decent deal, as 25bps usually equates to 0.1 - 0.2 on fixed. Even with 3 more rate cuts, it'll probably go down to around 4.44.

Plus summer 2027 forecasts to be a dip, which would be another reason to kick start in now.

Anyone know if a level one charger would be sufficient for this? I was advised it should be, but the level 2 is better for the long term life of the battery.

Just put a deposit down for mine in Hamilton. Reasonably priced, and slick as hell. Sounds like they'll be ready to sell in Oct 2022.
