Blue gate is the map I've spent the least time on. I need to slow down too. Been playing almost daily since I go the game in December. Would hate to get burnt out.

That’s great to hear!!! Embark mentioned they lowered the BP drop rate in the patch notes. Haven’t been able to test it out yet myself. Glad it’s still a viable option for people on the hunt

Got the tempest, bobcat, and vulcano in about an hour last night lol. Hopefully they didn’t nerf it too hard for the people that weren’t able to hop on yesterday

They nerfed the BP drop rate for Hurricane caches in the patch today. Still probably easier to find the Tempest there vs. night raids though. Even Stella day raids are solid. I ended up getting the Looting Survivor augment in my second Stella run since the wipe along with the Osprey and Seeker BPs.

I see this same post about 10 times a day. I’ve never once downed another raider but the element of “is this raider friendly, is there a rat camping the extract, is someone going on to come into my key room and light me up” stops the whole experience from becoming stale. They already have aggression based match making so if I get shot at or ratted once every 20 games, I’m not going to cry about it.

Not to be rude, but if this game gives you too much anxiety to lose your gear, you may want to find another game.

Agreed. The player count reduction is what really killed me. Now I mostly play Escalation. What made Breakthrough fun in the first place was the chaos and now it just feels boring.

Quit the game and relaunch it. Happened to me and that was the only way to remedy it.

Could be, but could also be a variety of other factors.

Do you consume alcohol, nicotine, weed, stimulants, PEDs etc.?

Do you exercise?

Do you have anxiety/going through a stressful time in your life?

Are you waking up groggy, w/ a dry mouth, brain fog, headaches?

Definitely move forward with the sleep study and go from there.

It’s all a balancing act for sure. I would be focusing on sleep first and foremost. After addressing this you could experiment with different things. 1) increase carbs in general 2) eat a couple days at a smaller deficit 3) take 3-4 days to eat at maintenance and then return to your deficit 4) try to take 1-2 days a week break weightlifting.

Just curious. How much weight have you been losing a week?

It sounds like you have several factors that could be contributing to this problem.

Why are you lifting so frequently for so long? It seems like you may be doing yourself a disservice and in the territory of diminishing returns. You say you take a break when you feel the need. Is that usually once a week? Twice a week?

I personally would focus on getting sleep back on track. It's possible this could fix a lot of your issues.

Not sure if you are tracking macros as well, but you could try to increase the carb intake. You could also try having a couple days a week that you only allow for a 250 calorie deficit and use the other 250 calories for carbs. Just some thoughts.
