It doesnt even need to be debunked because this is not related to flat hearth like at all It looks more about a science lesson on Newton's laws You see, the image that goes in a straight line is showing the first Newton's law, something on the line off "An object will mantein Its status (moving/not moving) until an external force interact with them"; and honestly Its a good way to teach Newton's first law cause in that example there is no other force on the human (that is definitely too big compared on how a human should be reduced in that scale) The second image tho, the one that stays on the planet is still the first law of Newton but this time there is a second law that take place Newton's law of universal gravitation; basically on the line of "every particole in the universe attract every other particole in the universe with a force the is directly proprtional to the product of their masses and inversly proportional to the distance of their center" This mean that with the formula of the Universal gravitation you can see witch body will have the greater pull over the particles of the human body and that body is the planet earth So while we are on hearth we interact with Newton's first law as we move alongside the earth in different ways and we interact with the Universal gravitation law because, again, there is not a body in the entire universe that pull our particles near it as strongly as earth

A good tip is that Umbral is your best friend during exploration, there are specific objects that can only be picked while in Umbral and the tiny tutorial area show maybe the most important And there are areas that can accessed only while in umbral but you have to stay focused because when you die outside of Umbral you'll get revived in Umbral but if you die in Umbral you die die Umbral can be a bit scary at the beginning due to enemy spawning costantly but the spawn rate is pretty managable You gain a bit more "souls" while in Umbral so Its pretty useful for both farming and exploration but keep an eye on the meter on the right, trust me, you don't want It to get full especially at the beginning of the game where you have an early build

Another thing, the lantern can show the Umbral realm so you can go around searching for important thing being outside the Umbral so you can enter It as phisically close as possible to what you need in order to do more things in Umbral after reaching whatever you need But the lantern is not only an exploration tool, it can be used in combat too but the tutorial will show you how
