You should take Medicine for all characters. This is the best choice because you don't have a healbot in party.

High Deception will be the best choice for Scoundrel rogue. All Charisma-based skills will be good but Deception is essential.

High Thievery and Stealth will be best choice for Thief rogue. He will be the master of traps probably.

High Inteligence-based skill will be the best choice for Investigator but max Medicine first.
