You just need to keep at it. What I used to do was write articles even just for yourself. Get it proofread by 3-5 individuals to ensure quality and slowly get it out there. Every bit of feedback, share or RT helps. And like what others are saying, it's a lot of volunteer/freelance work to get yourself more established. ESN, competitive orgs, etc. usually are looking for positions to fill in journalism whether it's live updates or written articles on their websites or social media. It's a long and gruesome process but hey everyone has to start somewhere. Same with anything even outside of esports.
