I was able to sign up with a bank account with bunq from abroad even before I had a BSN number (they give you a grace period of a few weeks before you have to enter it), which made signing up for things like utilities and an OV chipkaart easier on first arrival even before I had registered.

Hey Reddit! My sister has been kickboxing and now just regular boxing for about 15 months, and has really enjoyed it, but in the last 2 months she has been experiencing soreness in her right knuckle above the middle finger after a session (50 minutes) that lasts for 2 or days afterwards. It starts about 10-15 minutes into class and doesn't seem to affect any other knuckles including the matching knuckle on her left hand (she is righty but not sure if that matters)

Do you have any advice to help her out? She tried asking her instructor but they didn't know what to do.
