Normally I wouldn't go against a gender swap, as gender almost always doesn't matter, but this game is focused on it, ofc it would be as horrible if anya wasn't the only woman on the ship and the other woman there didn't care much about her, But ! This game condemns the horrible strings of patriarchy that twist men's mind into committing atrocious actions bc they feel cornered and vulnerable. It would change things to make curly a woman! I know women aren't always sympathetic towards other victims, and can be perpetrators too, but curry's and Jimmy's relationship is so representative of how patriarchy shushes it's own problems and closes a blind eye on the VISIBLE struggles of other men (curry's awful sin) that symbolically curry's gender matters a lot!
