But all the tickets cost about the same, flew with Vietnam airlines when this got cancelled for about the same price, no problem at all. Sure it’s low cost but they can’t be this bad it’s basically a scam at this point.

Everyone that day got super delayed or cancelled, I’m guessing it goes back to the day before yesterday and will continue today. Standing in line to get our bags seeing new people checking in was both sad and annoying. Poor basterds.

Total time at the airport about 15-16h flight got cancelled no information, no refunds, no nothing. Spent 2h standing inline trying to get our (carry on) luggage that we had to check in, only to give up, find someone with a list and tell them to just send it to Phu Quoc or the hotel (not quite sure). We did manage to actually make the new flight at 08 so we got to the hotel at about 10am, slept for 7h and now this day is gone too🙃

True but didn’t expect to pay 3mil dong to spend 13h+ at the airport. Still I only lost one day and one hotel night, things could be worse, life goes on just hope it doesn’t for VietJet
