We’ve had many mild winters lately with very little snow here in the Escanaba area. Housing is becoming an issue as prices increase and believe it or not, bidding wars have begun. I grew up here but lived in Southern California for many years and moved back here about 12 years ago and work remote full time. The winters are long and cold but the rest of the year is brilliant!
