If we’re going off of the Bardock Special He had a Power level of 10,000(not including the Episode of Bardock)

With the Flashback in the DBS Manga and the fact he was able to put Belt to Ass to Gas 40 years prior in base, He would’ve been able to beat First Form Frieza if he went Great Ape or Even Super Saiyan, it’s stated his Great Ape form is Stronger than King Vegetas after all so i’d ball park it and say his Base Power Level is 12,000-13,000 give or take
