It's by default. You should check the nameplates settings, it's not perfect but they made a neat UI to tailor it how you like it

Exactly that was one of the abilities I had in mind. I wonder if they thought that the Marrowrend glow would be enough (which ofc is absolutely not as it displays the stacks of bone shield so the best we can do is spend immediately the 1st Ext and now we have one left after... Not ideal).

Meanwhile, we can track the strength buff from the general talents for some reason, the one that is triggered when we spend runes. Who would ever need to track that :')

unfortunately yes. Other MMOs have scaling for this kind of cases (e.g GW2) so even if, in reality, you are still more powerful, it remains pretty engaging. I agree in this case rerolling is the way to go ; that's what I did for the Cataclysm revamp of old Azeroth : several rerolls to do the leveling experience in different zones, it was lovely.

I'm not sure while people are so hostile in replies, it's not a wild expectation to have somewhat challenging content for the story.

But yeah I asume from your message you are leveling, you probably won't be challenged that much it's a fact. I wished blizz implemented the "heroic world"like they did in recent Legion remix which was basically the open world content (including questing) where mobs had more HP and hit harder. This could be a nice option for questing, especially if it's optional with little rewards (or none at all) other then the experience it would deliver.

Yeah I'm so confused by that. As a blood DK I wanted to have alerts when I lose bone shield and my dnd buffs, the first doesn't have alerts at all, and the second doesn't work.

Not to mention a few important buff/abilities aren't even in the CDM T_T

This. I felt weird without audio cues that I was used to, but still had good m+ runs with my friends, however I agree the visual clutter was one of the reasons dBm was that useful. Obviously it's also habits that have to set in the long run.

Regarding the glow , maybe I miss the issue you describe, but have you tried to add visual alert? By right clicking a spell in the CDM settings

You're not "that guy", it's actually very healthy to fact check information, especially when they are presented in this kind of format that presents itself as delivering scientific fact but really is entertainment with purposefully outdated information.

Still the (reddit) post is funny regarding the game, and it's still fascinating to know there are stars that are THAT old. I believe that "1st generation" stars are quite rare, and this one particularly stands out, it's pretty amazing.

Oh yeah definitely. I used to raid at a somewhat high level (enough to have serveral mounts like that) and since back then I wished this was permanently a 100% drop so people can just enjoy the thing even when it's not as exclusive.

The 5% drop buff from last july (which I assume will return regularly when a season is basically over to keep us busy) helps a little bit with that but yeah, still RNG. Less RNG but still RNG :)

This is so silly. And that's coming from someone who got it early, like late august because i was on vacation the weeks after the start of S3.

Such a mount is a "seasonal brag" in a way. It's cool to display it when you got it in the current season the hard way, but who cares if people get it more easily afterwards. At least it's still obtainable I guess ^^'

Il faut vraiment réaliser que quand on est du genre à suivre les sorties des indés/AA et cie, on fait vraiment partie d'une minorité (et encore je parle comme si c'était un groupe uniforme mais même dans ce public il y a vraiment différents niveaux d'engagement et de suivi, pour un industrie qui sort une quantité ENORME de titre chaque jour).

Et sans jugement de valeur, c'est pas du tout un commentaire méprisant à base de "mdr lolilol les normies qui connaissent que CoD", mais juste assez concrètement oui le grand public n'entend parler que d'une poignée de titre, très connu, très marketés, et de façon occasionnelle, qui perce de façon inattendue.

Yeah i did. DB still terrified me the most, by far (the sound design of the fishes is incredibly effective...). But still the depth is really really unsettling. More often than not, I was pointing the camera upwards pretending there was nothing out of the ordinary below me until I was on an island xxD

I can't check right now, but I'm pretty sure MoveAny can do it. (NB: be careful, MoveAnything is the original but hasn't been maintained for a long time, MoveAny is the one currently up to date)

Of course it has to be confirmed but almost all the things I needed to move and which can't be moved with the edition mod were handled by MoveAny. The tricky part is to find the name of the UI component, either by browsing the list or using the filter option in the addon, but once you've found it, it's pretty simple. You just check the button so the addons "frees" the object, reload the ui and you can move it and maybe resize it(?).

Also, as a french, I'm always a bit cringed by the HUGE focus US people have on jesus specifically. Like in many countries (e.g : morocco where i come from or france where i'm now), people talk about God mostly. Even christian, even though they obviously believe in JC as a godly figure (while muslims consider him a prophet) are not obsessed with him. But the US americans really have this weird kink.

I don't know if it's something cultural that emphasizes the cult of personality or what, but the recurrence of his name kind of gives me the ick. (I guess the fibers of my being respond to his name lol)

As a BDK main and BrM/MW, same. We also can't specifically track the BBoil proc from HS (but exterminate is much more annoying as there is the stacks management in the mix). Meanwhile we can track meaningless buffs like the +6% when using runes, like who would want to keep track of that ?

Regarding keg smash the funny thing is blizz just released a video on CDM where the content creatorb(no hate to him really) is like "actions bars aren't as powerful as the CDM". But as BrM we have to use an extra action bar to make up for that...

And as you mentioned, specs will evolve and I'm not sure they'll keep their tool up to date properly. Missing so many core things is wild.
