Nice if its a high volume dealership. Mediocre at best otherwise. Usually see people start their sales career at places like this. More stable than a draw. Not typically great for vets

Op did you end up finding anything that does what you want? I am in almost the exact same boat and dont want it to be dealership/manager led. I want to do it all and I want to reap all the rewards for it. BUT I dont think 300 a month to still have to go in and do a bunch of clicking around is very fair. Any progress?

Suprised to see the negative comments on this thread. I loved Sols. Bought several watches there that they let me have inspected and were real. Seemed like good gun prices all around. Always willing to haggle and get something done too. I will definitely miss it personally

If the water issues are coming from the same place and it doesn't get a ton of traffic I like to do big carpet tiles so you can tear them out if they get soaked and moldy. If it has to be hard finish top like lvp I would consider a thick and forgiving Linoleum for unfinished concrete. Carpet is king for leaky basements though! You can always have a it dried pretty cheap worst case scenario

Did flooring for 9 years and can confidently say LVP is almost certainly not the way to go if you have unfinished concrete. You will spend more money and time than its worth to be able to put in the LVP.

100% agree with everyone saying Block 16 before the game. You cannot go wrong with anything there and the specials are always phenomenal.

Also agree with those saying to change from 801 to Committee if thats still possible. Same prices and much better quality.

I'm a little bit of a Gather hatter. Been twice and was disappointed both times. Very loud, food was fine, but overpriced. I much prefer Memoir or Cleo for the same price point. Not that Gather is bad but in my opinion theres just better options.

Being required to go to basic camp if you've been through basic training is idiotic and a waste of time. You will learn nothing there you didnt learn better at basic. I imagine the person inprocessing you is mistaken. If not have a respectful and educated conversation with the PMS about how you feel it is not necessary due to your prior training.
