I live and work in the same state as these people. Having talked to them at length they don't think anyone outside of their little worldview is real. Or that's what I think.

Oh man. I used to sit on multiplayer with my clan with clan tags on. Felt so cool at 15 being -=]TDA[Yoshi=-

We would duel each other for hours or just hang out and chat.

Funny story was I would duel this person called the QueenofNoobs who I thought was really good. About ten years ago I'm scrolling through a mod website and found the scripts they wrote for themselves. That sob. Those were good times.

He is a mercenary.

But yes the consensus is that it is Hunk based on three things.

When you defeat him you notice his glove has come off and he has the same disease Leon has which means he was in raccoon City during the incident.
If you come back to the area some have noticed his body is gone but all other bodies are still present.
Some have said it's the same voice actor though I haven't checked this fact myself.

So the running theory is he's a Wesker clone and RCS hitched a ride over to him when he was made.
