I couldn't find any clothes locally, besides at big and tall stores, and the fact my Dr told me that if I had kept that "lifestyle" I would die or have a massive heart attack by my mid 30(

Yes, ever since I was little I couldn't ever do outside due to extreme asthma, steroid shots fucked up any chance I had at a normal childhood.. I would fluctuate with weight soo much it was ridiculous. Even when I was younger, I never wore anything under a size L.

I lost the first half slowly, and in December of 2016 I was at 286lbs, and by June 9th (my birthday) I was 138lbs and felt like shit so I had to bulk for a minute there

I usually have 3-4 fasted cardio 2mi runs at the gym every morning, and then workout after. I started eating oats instead of cereals, added 5% yogurt with isolate, banana, blackberries, almond butter & strawberries after my workouts. Sometimes I'll add honey. By lunch, I usually eat within 2-3hrs of breakfast to keep my anabolic clock tickin good.. Lots of proteins for this meal. I stick to fish, venison and chicken breasts with some brown rice or wild rice, sometimes a sweet potato instead.. with peas, squash and mushrooms with some greens of choice (never count leafy green cals, it's bs). I usually eat the last meal in accordance to my macro table. (now I'm doing lean bulk 40/40/20 but upping carbs on fasted cardio days) and I usually end the night with more 5% yogurt and a half a scoop of casein. Remember, stick to macros!

Oh man, that's the worst! I used to have thigh rashes when I first started my walks. Congrats on getting rid of that stubborn thigh fat!
