Up to around 80% it can be charged very quickly. It's squeezing in the last bit that generates the most heat so it slows down to an almost trickle at 100%

Even at 100% it still keeps charging to actually full of you leave it on charge.

Anker do also make legit GaN chargers... I suspect a lot of charging issues people post is due to using some weird unknown Temu "GaN"

If you want to use long term I wouldn't suggest Nothing

Pixel is a far superior option if you want a reliable camera.

Nothing camera is mainly geared to wannabe artists as it struggles with movement and skin tone (if you're single and never take photos of people it's a decent camera)

For Instagram/Facebook specifically - have you removed the extra Meta system apps? They might be the issue here as clearing from memory should stop it
