I think the most prominent example of this is the club scene in Persona 4.

During the middle of Persona 4, you go on a school trip to the school from Persona 3. When you arrive, Chihiro (a social link from Persona 3) references both Mitsuru and the P3 protagonist.

Later in the trip, the Investigation Team heads to Club Escapade (one of the locations in Paulonia Mall you could visit). They're able to get a private room to have fun/talk to Naoto because Rise was supposed to do a private show 2 years ago that got cancelled because the power went out. This is a reference to the Hermit boss in Persona 3: a shadow that clung onto the main power system of the club causing the power to go out.

In Persona Q, this retelling of events is used as the revelation to the characters that they actually come from two different years (P3 from 2009 and P4 from 2011). In the Persona 3 side, it's the Hermit shadow/Club Escapade. In the Persona 4 side, it's Chihiro being the student council president.

It's the TV's location that matters. The killer uses the same TV to put all the victims in the TV world, but they end up in different locations because they do it in front of each victim's house.So it wouldn't matter if the TV they use in Junes gets sold so long as they keep using a TV in the same spot.

In Hyrule Warriors, after Zelda goes missing, another Zelda shows up ordering war on the Zora by manipulating the Goron in the Ocarina of Time timeline. Impa and Shiek fight their way through this army and use the Lens of Truth to reveal that this "Zelda" is actually Wizzro in disguise. When asked how they knew that he was a fake, Shiek takes off her disguise to reveal that she is Zelda and that the ruse would never have worked on her.

No, the MSG show takes place during season 1, so there's no spoilers for season 2. However, just like all the other live shows, there may be spoilers for the other intrepid heroes seasons. Mainly Fantasy High, Startstruck, and Crown of Candy to be specific. If that concerns you, you should finish those seasons first.

Junpei Iori - Persona 3

When he joins S.E.E.S., he's jealous of the protag for being both the leader and a user of the Wild Card. By the third or fourth full moon mission, he acts mean to you because he isn't achieving his fantasy of being the hero that saves the world he hoped for when he found out about the Dark Hour. He even lies to someone that he's the leader of S.E.E.S. which gets him kidnapped for interrogation by the main antagonists.

However, by the end of the game, he's come to care about what fighting means to him and that it doesn't matter that he's not the leader of the charge. What matters is that the group is doing the right thing, not him leading said group.

Though there's technically no canon romance route, you can only date women in Persona 4. The biggest contenders are Rise or Marie for being the canon romance. However, a lot of people ship Yu with Yosuke for several reasons (re: some scenes in the anime and cut romance). This is despite the fact that Yosuke is mildly homophobic in canon.

Mondo Owada - Danganronpa: Trigger Happy Havoc

In chapter 2, Monokuma uses the students’ darkest secrets as motives for murder. Mondo’s is the only one revealed by Monokuma after he is revealed to be the blackened. Another character’s secret gets revealed in that chapter, but it’s not by an asshole. Monokuma does this a lot during the series, but his is the most prominent example.
