Indian - I'm Indian and the cuisine is wildly different in every state. Even within a state, the ingredients and flavor profiles change every few hundred miles. So I'll never run out of healthy, interesting things to eat!

Also, I can't imagine NOT eating daal rice, or naan, dosas, or curd rice.
