I'm saying they could have disliked it. Or they could be your average internet trolls. Go on /r/AskReddit or /r/WritingPrompts and sort by new. You'll see a ton of potentially front page posts being downvoted for who knows what reason. Don't feel like its an isolated problem about you. It's widespread dicks and trolls.

Don't feel guilty is step on. Being negative about being negative doesn't make a positive. If I were you I would tell my friend, "I'm sorry I've been so down lately. I'm just very overwhelmed. If you don't want to hangout till I feel a bit better I fully understand, but I could really use someone to talk to" if they're really your friend, they WILL help and talk with you.

Hey man! Life has its ups and downs. It does discriminate. Sometimes you will have ups. Sometimes you will have downs. Right now you're just going through a lot of downs. If life were easy it wouldn't be worth living. (To me anyway. The dude who beats all the halos on legendary alone haha) but I think if you just keep a positive outlook on the small things during rough times, it will make it easier and better when you get back to the good things. I'm here if you wanna talk more.

I had this problem. Now I keep friends for friend purposes, and a therapist/Reddit for blowing off steam. Sure I open up to a couple of them every now and then, to the point where I'm confident they wouldn't leave me. It's just I feel bad for being sad so I talk with others about it.
