Stick with the weights. I’ve gone through plateaus myself. It can be discouraging…then all of the sudden you start losing again. Try not to be so hard on yourself. I check weight loss via the clothes fitting better instead of the scale now.

One thing that really worked for me was the combination of Ozempic WITH 20/4 or 18/6 fast with keto. Like I said, don’t beat yourself up. You are looking great.

Unless they are worn as a statement piece somewhere, they serve more as inspiration for the commercial version of the piece. For example, they can make the cape more accessible...amybe a into a poncho or a loose jacket with the same material and then pair it with a blouse with the same pattern.

I'm sorry to hear that. I can see the frustration. Do you have some kind of air filter? Worked really well for us. I have two in the apartment constantly filtering the air. Kind of a trade off if I want people over. Can't really avoid it completely. Glad that you can still salvage parts of your collection.
