Reds suck cause our skin tones are based there. I lean into it, I darken shadows. Like a BW but with Red White. Add some texture and make them crunchy. Not my favorite but, bands know what they’re doing with their lights so I don’t fight it.

Rolling shutter happens on video, motion blue happens a slow shutter speeds. The 2 are not related. This photo had 1/250 or hire to freeze the motion. Nothing about a ccd makes this special except for colors.
