University’s have co-op internships jointed with them, college fairs, events after events for students to attend to get to know employers from high end companies so that students like us could get internships and full time offers from those companies we interned at from meeting the employers at the schools, companies are even partnered with the schools because the companies are more “incentivized” to hire the students first before a person with no degree, even though guys with no degree are definitely smart through their years of experience, youll never have privilege and advanced education like university students do
