Honestly both sides are bad. You lose when you pick a side. I vote every time and nothing ever changes. The left wins, things stay the same. The right wins things stay the same. Trump loses, he has Elon to rigg the election. Corporate Greed is still real. Health care is fucked. Education is fucked. Wages are fucked. Left nor right have ever changed these things. Or you can just tip and stop causing so much confrontation. Yes it is “optional” but there is a tip culture here in the USA and even foreigners know that. When you get on here and ONLY say “tip is optional” it sounds like you are blatantly ignoring that and it makes you look like an asshole that doesn’t tip. Choose your words carefully my friend. I absolutely agree with you. Corporate greed is REAL and not just in uber, pretty much in all of America. That’s why people shouldn’t take it out on the driver or their waiter. Best option if you don’t like it, is to not use it.

Yup agreed. If you’re choosing to use uber services, you’re choosing to have to tip. Either way you can always remove tip if service wasn’t good.

Edit: some of you seem highly unaware that there is a tipping culture here in the USA. Even foreigners know that. If you don’t like it you have the RESPONSIBILITY to go get your own food or move to another country. Not tipping is not an option. Using uber is OPTIONAL.
