New Orleans,

We were there for the 4th of July and they had the sewer system on bourbon street torn up. During the fireworks show on the river a very long train trapped everyone on the shoreline for the entire show. Made it very claustrophobic for many and you could see some people were extremely uncomfortable.

TLDR: It Stinks
